EMILY's List was founded in a basement in 1985 by 25 women with their rolodexes. Today, the organization is a political powerhouse, raising millions of dollars and putting thousands of boots on the ground to elect pro-choice, progressive women all across America.
In 2012, EMILY's List helped elect 14 of the 20 women who ran for the U.S. Senate, and in New Hampshire EMILY's List candidates swept the state creating the first all-female Congressional delegation in U.S. History.
